We are sorry to announce the that we failed in our mission to obtain funding for community owned housing. Our mission was to build an organization that gives back to our stakeholders you the renter. With all profits going to maintaining the properties and into an expanded community funded affordable housing program which would have guaranteed lower rents and easier qualifications to get in than regular affordable housing tax credit programs. This would have been good for the community and would have put all of your contributions to the community back into the community. With that we bring Winvision to a close.
