We are so excited to have this young man come home from incarceration and now he will be working for It Takes A Village foundation Ridge reprogram as our new maintenance supervisor we are so excited welcome home Mr. King. We know that you’re gonna do great things in our community.

It Takes A Village Foundation Reentry Program is very proud of this young man who not only just came home from being incarcerated but now he has a good paying job, and now is enrolled in It Takes A Village Housing Program for first time home owners and also in our Mentorship Certification Program. We know that he’s gonna continue to walk his purpose so that he can not only be a great asset to his family, but changed so many lives within our community.

It Takes A Village Foundation Reentry Program is having our 7th Annual Community Cleanup, Resource Fair and Barbecue Event!  You do not want to miss this. This is a free event and it’s open to the public. We’re gonna have an amazing time as people from my reentry program give back to the community by cleaning up the community as well as we’re gonna and amazing DJ, bounce houses for the children, free face, painting , haircuts, and also the police cadets and the fire cadets and we will have a fire truck there. You will be able to shop with some of our vendors as well as we will have community resources there from our community partners that will have tables, there will be giveaways and free food. You do not want to miss this amazing event 10 AM to 3 PM at Atkinson Park Saturday, June 27, 2026. We are blessed and honored this year to have many of our city officials that will be speaking, this will be a great event for all the family to attend. it Takes A Village  Foundation Reentry Program I would like to congratulate our graduates who graduated for on our 8 day reentry program from the Elevate Program In Racine, Wisconsin . Thank you to Wally and Mr. Vance for this awesome collaboration and partnership as we continue to help these men walk into their destiny’. We are so proud to say they all have jobs now and they will be starting employment on Monday. God is good. Remember that it really does take a village.
