📣 NOW HIRING: RESPITE CARE WORKERS

💰 PAY: $24 PER HOUR

A Better Tomorrow Community Care is looking for dependable and compassionate Respite Care Workers to support children enrolled in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing safe and attentive supervision
* Engaging children in age-appropriate activities
* Supporting daily routines, hygiene, meals and transitions
* Following each child’s individualized support and safety plan
* Using positive redirection and approved calming strategies
* Completing daily service logs and incident reports when required
* Communicating professionally with families and supervisors
* Providing approved transportation when assigned

Applicants must:

* Be at least 18 years old
* Pass the required caregiver background check
* Be reliable, patient and comfortable working with children who have developmental or behavioral support needs
* Complete CPR, First Aid and agency-required training
* Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation when driving duties are assigned
* Be available for some evening and weekend shifts

⭐ Preferred Experience: Working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Yesterday, we had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate an exciting milestone with our community partner, Life Center Milwaukee — their new food distribution warehouse! 👏🏽

What an incredible moment for our community! 💙🤍

This new warehouse represents more than just a building. It represents HOPE, OPPORTUNITY, EXPANSION, and a continued commitment to ensuring families throughout Milwaukee have access to the food and resources they need.

On behalf of Resources and Beyond, Inc., we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entire Life Center MKE team on this tremendous accomplishment! 💙
