The atmosphere is social, welcoming and friendly. Enjoy the community garden during the warmer months, occasionally shared meals, group outings/get-togethers and a private library with over 2000 pieces of media. The house is within walking distance of the Marquette campus, the Fiserv Forum and The Rave.

Three residents are currently housed on the property along with one cat.

One of the nicest homes on the block is now available for sale. This 3bd 2ba house with a fenced-in yard and detached garage has a rich history (1980s gay church!)

We're hoping to find new long-term neighbors who want to live near downtown Milwaukee on this fairly active block. Bonus points if they want to get involved with the community garden, cooperative socials, or volunteer opportunities at Casa Maria Catholic Worker

Join us for a collective F*ck the Fourth Party at the co-op garden!

This event is in collab and support of Martin Sostre Solidarity House. There will be group reading “What to the Slave Is the Fourth of July?” and picnic treats from 11-1pm. Afterwards, we will have BBQ, music, art , and fun until the day ends.

Feel free to bring drinks, dish or game to share. This event is BYOB.

🗣🗣Martin Sostre Solidarity House is Looking For a Housemate!🗣🗣

MSSH is a cooperatively-owned radical learning space and library that is also a communal residence. Prospective housemates can expect a private bedroom, and would share access to 2 bathrooms, ample storage space (bsmnt/attic), kitchen, laundry facilities, and other common areas spread across 3 floors for *$550/month (*utilities included).
