Brittany has been part of the Unlimited PossAbilities family for two years, most recently serving as our Day Program Behavior Support Professional. Her passion for our members shines through in everything she does, and we are so excited to see her continue to grow in this new chapter.

Hello, everyone! I'm Brittany and I have been working in the I/DD Waiver field for the past eight years and with Unlimited PossAbilities for the last two years. I began my career in Case Management and quickly discovered a passion for behavior and behavior support. For the past 10 months, I have served as the Day Program Behavior Support Professional, where I have had the privilege of supporting our staff and members while watching them learn, grow, and achieve their goals.

One of my favorite parts of this work is witnessing members reach new milestones and seeing the excitement and pride shared by both the members and the staff who support them. Those moments remind me why I love what I do and reinforce my belief that every individual can thrive when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities.

As I step into my new role as Day Program Director/BSP, I am excited to continue building on the amazing foundation that has been created by those who came before me. I am incredibly grateful to be part of an organization that values growth, inclusion, and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small.

Outside of work, I am a proud mom of three: Bradley (21), who serves in the U.S. Army, Shea (18), and Tayten (15). When I'm not at work, you can usually find me at a sporting event or spending quality time with my husband and children.

One quote that has always resonated with me is:

This quote perfectly captures why I love working in this field. I believe our members do not need to be changed. They need support, understanding, encouragement, and environments where they can succeed. One of the greatest joys of my career is watching individuals discover their strengths, build confidence, and bloom in their own unique way. I am honored to be part of that journey and look forward to what we will continue to accomplish together.

Another FOAMTASTIC day at Unlimited PossAbilities! 🎉 🫧

Our Day Program members had a blast with Foam Fun Day, complete with bubbles floating through the air and smiles all around! 🫧✨ From giggles to full-on foam fights, it was a day full of joy, sensory fun, and pure happiness. (Plus some bubble pictures for tax!)

A huge thank you to our incredible DSPs who make days like this possible! 💙 Your dedication and heart help our members live their best lives every single day. We see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn't do this without you! 🫶🏼

Bubble wrap painting creations at Day Program! 🎨✨ Our members got hands-on and creative today, making art for our upcoming showcase — and the results turned out amazing! 💙

Every single DSP brought incredible energy to this activity, and it showed. Watching our members stay engaged and have so much fun was the best part of the day. We can't wait to see how the golf ball paintings turn out next!

Sunshine, smiles, and good company! ☀️ Jessie and Breezy soaked up the beautiful weather at Day Program, and moments like these are exactly why we do what we do. Our incredible DSPs make it possible for our folks to get outside, laugh, and simply enjoy a good day. Something we know we can never take for granted. So grateful for the team that makes it happen every single day! 💛

🏐🎶 Move n' Groove was in full swing, and Kenzie brought the energy teaching the class for us!

Everyone had a fun-filled time playing volleyball and enjoying some great music. There were lots of laughs, lots of smiles, and so much team spirit in the room!

It was a great way to get active, enjoy each other's company, and make some fun memories together. 💙
