Building Leaders for the Susquehanna Valley BLSV is a program of the Central PA Chamber of Commerce. BLSV is a program of the Business & Education Association at the Central PA Chamber of Commerce.

Building Leaders for the Susquehanna Valley (BLSV) is a program designed for youth who are beginning to show leadership potential and an interest in their community. Its goal is to acquaint students with community needs and resources and to encourage their interest and particapation as they develop leadership and communication skills. Along the way, they will interact with one another and with community leaders in the Central Pennsylvania Region.
