Milton Snow Riders Club was glad to participate in the Milton, WI Lighted Christmas Parade December 5th.

Super great turnout from the community, lots of parade goers were out braving the falling snow. This is a great event and we have been fortunate to participate each year.

A steady snowfall gave the parade a very winter feel. You can count on Snowmobile Clubs to be especially prepared for winter weather. It'd take a mountain of snow to stop the Tucker Sno-Cat, which we use to groom the snowmobile trails each year. If the snowfall get's out of hand, we'd gladly move to the front of the parade and blaze trail - it's kind of our thing.

We'd like to encourage our fellow snowmobile riders to support your local Snowmobile Clubs by purchasing annual memberships. Memberships and volunteerism are the lifeblood of snowmobile clubs. Our goal is to support the sport of Snowmobiling and ensure that there are rideable snowmobile trails in Rock County. This is the mission of all local snowmobile clubs that are part of the Rock County Snowmobile Alliance.

Thanks to Milton Snow Riders club members who helped make our participation a success! Thank you! Good times...and Happy Holidays!

Milton Snow Riders Club Meeting
Tuesday September 9th, 7pm
Klig's Union Station, Milton

It's that time of year when we start thinking about snow. With that, our club is responsible for many miles of snowmobile trail in Rock County. Putting in the trail, maintaining it during riding season, and removing the trail - is possible through the participation of our great volunteers. Huge thank you to our current club members!

To those who have an interest in Snowmobiling, maybe thinking about joining a club, we welcome you to come say hello at our next club meeting. Collectively, our club members have an enthusiasm for riding and lots of experience and stories to trade. Meetings are open to the public, and conveniently there are beverages and food items available.

Upcoming Meeting - Agenda among other things we will be conducting Nominations for club officers and board members.

Winter is Just Around the Corner!

Attention: Milton Snow Riders first club meeting of the year will be held on August 12th at Kligs Union Station in Milton, 7pm.

During this meeting we will be collecting the Charitymania tickets that have been sold. Also looking to review initial plans for this year's trail work.

Come say hi, have a drink or snack, and hang out with some sled-heads....

My sources tell me to expect mountains of snow in Southern Wisconsin this year.

This is a great way for us to give back to the community. It's really a privilege to be part of this great tradition. We really enjoy seeing the smiling faces of all the people along the parade route - so many smiles all around! God Bless the USA!

The Milton Lighted Christmas parade was.......awesome! On December 7, 2024 the Milton Snow Riders Snowmobile Club was excited to participate in this community event. Thanks to the organizers of the event - Great Job! Milton, WI Lighted Christmas Parade

Thanks to all of the club members who helped with this event. We had some great folks help put together the float, purchased candy, helped with refreshments, and drove the groomer, just to name a few. Really glad to see all of the Club Members and family that were present, our group of snowmobile supporters are fantastic!

We distributed candy throughout the parade route and there were many smiling faces, young and old, present to enjoy some holiday cheer. What a great community!

Were you good this year, did you make it onto the nice list? If you ask nicely, I think we may still have some candy left over...

Milton Snow Riders Snowmobile Club wishes you a Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year! And to the snowmobilers, may the winter season bring us a Blizzard of Snow, or two.
