Reaching Out to Those in Need
How LOVE INC Works:
1. REQUESTS FOR HELP - People who need help with transportation, grocery shopping, yard work, small home repairs, or various other types of needs are referred to the Golden Rule LOVE INC office by churches, agencies, and individuals.
2. ANALYZING NEEDS- Golden Rule LOVE INC works to analyze the need. Is the need legitimate? Do any of the local agencies provide services for this type of need? If not, is it manageable for a church volunteer? Does the client have other needs which need our attention?
3. HELPING- Client needs are addressed by looking at the availability of Love INC volunteers, as well as their skills and abilities, and matching volunteers with needs. ALL SERVICES DEPEND ON VOLUNTEER AVAILABILITY. PLEASE GIVE PLENTY OF ADVANCE NOTICE.
