Walk On Foundation

Walk On Foundation Assisting With Medical Needs Walk On Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

We will serve to align resources of individuals and corporations to impact the lives of those in our communities by providing assistance with medical equipment, safety devices and financial assistance related to medical hospitalization. Walk On Foundation aims to achieve this mission by:

•Awarding grants to individuals and families whose needs meet our mission.
• Educating individuals, commun

ities and businesses of our purpose and the need for our services.
•Establishing community projects.
• Using the power of social networking in order to provide a better life for those dealing with medical crisis, safety hazards, and hospitalizations.
•Working along side other non-profit organizations to assist in tasks that are consistent with our mission. Activities to be coordinated and conducted include Internet Based Information, public speaking, direct mailings, special events, and fundraisers.

The founder Joshua Richard of Walk On Foundation passed November 24th. Josh did amazing things for many people. He left behind 4 children age 6 to 16 and a wife. Walk On Foundation in its 12 years of existence helped over 290 families totaling more than $110,000 in assistance. None of this was possible without you, the community.

9 years of successful Christmas Extravaganzas, 9 years of successful Fashion Shows, years of Pumpkin Roll sales and so much more.

Effective today, 11/13/18 Walk On Foundation has closed its doors.

We thank all of you for your support over the past 12 years. Hundreds of families were helped in that time.

We will be issuing a full statement here and in the Standard Journal in coming weeks.

Since 2008 Walk On Foundation has assisted with approximately 290 grants for just over $107,000.00
We thank the community for all the help they have played in those numbers and the effect it has had on so many families.

Walk On Foundation tonight approves the following applications:

1). $150 to assist a New Columbia, PA family in which male of household is currently hospitalized.

2). $480 + taxes to a Bloomsburg, PA family for purchase of IPAD and a communication app so 3 year old male can communicate.

3). $650 + taxes to a New Berlin, PA family for purchase of IPAD and a communication app so 17 year old may communicate.
