📣 Calling All Community Vendors & Organizations!

We're looking for local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to join us for Storybook Village: Grow into Reading on Saturday, October 3, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Jernigan's Landing in Milton!

This FREE family literacy event celebrates reading through fun, interactive, farm-themed activities inspired by children's books. We're looking for booths featuring games, crafts, hands-on activities, bounce houses, tractors, and even live animals (where appropriate and safe) to help bring stories to life!

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local families and promote your organization or business. Please note: vendors may promote their business or organization, but no sales of goods or merchandise will be permitted.

🌟 What an Incredible Day of Learning! 🌟

Child care professionals from across Santa Rosa County joined us for our Celebrate Successful Early Learning Training, and we couldn't be more excited about the energy, enthusiasm, and dedication shown by everyone who attended!
Participants explored hands-on supplemental literacy curriculum kits focused on Alphabet, Colors, Numbers, and Shapes, discovered new ways to engage young learners, and left with valuable resources they can immediately put to use in their classrooms. 📚✨

A special thank you to the team at Celebrate Successful Early Learning for sharing their expertise and helping make learning both meaningful and fun. We also want to thank Constructive Playthings for providing the high-quality manipulatives that will help bring these lessons to life for children throughout our community.

Attendees also received access to a FREE one-year subscription to the Celebrate Successful Early Learning Digital Platform, giving teachers and families even more tools to support early literacy and school readiness.

Thank you to all of the directors, teachers, and family child care providers who spent part of their weekend investing in the children and families they serve. Your commitment to high-quality early learning makes a difference every single day. ❤️
