📣 We’re looking for teen volunteers for our Small Business class!

Join SB@IW and support neurodiverse members as they build real-world business skills while working alongside their peers. Volunteers will be part of a hands-on learning environment where members gain experience in product-making, sourcing, marketing, packaging, inventory, customer orders, shipping, and more!
Members also build skills in scanning and digital preservation, including labeling, quality assurance, folder management, and shipping.

🌟 Small Business @ Inclusive World 🌟

SB@IW has officially begun! This program gives neurodiverse members the opportunity to build real-world small business skills while working alongside their neurotypical peers. From sourcing materials and making products to marketing, packaging, inventory, customer orders, and shipping, members gain hands-on experience across the entire business process.
Through SB@IW Services, members also develop skills in scanning and digital preservation, including labeling, quality assurance, folder management, and shipping.

📅 SB Skills classes take place every weekend from September–May, with opportunities to work on weekday projects through reserved time slots at the Inclusive World center.

🌟 Starting the year with a shared purpose!

Before our Fall Weekend Session began, our adult volunteer leads—from teachers and class leads to functional leads—came together for orientation.

This session enabled us to build a shared understanding of person-centered support, inclusion, empathy, and respect—and creating an environment where every student and volunteer feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow. 💙

We’re grateful for the many ways our adult volunteers lead, teach, mentor, and strengthen the Inclusive World community!
