A Flood Watch has been issued By The National Weather service for Oxford Somerset Franklin and Piscataquis county in Maine due to flash flooding that is expected today from slow moving thunderstorms. Excessive rainfall over 3 inches in 3 hours today is expected to bring rapid rises to rivers, and streams with flooding to low lying flooding prone areas.
