Big thank you to Milnor Community Foundation for the planters and flowers at Freedom Park from Sheyenne Valley Greenhouse in Sheldon! Big thank you to Nancy at the Keg for keeping them watered all summer long!

All ready to go for the big week next week - Kyle Colby at Freedom Park next Wednesday and Milnor June Fest on Saturday!

Wednesday at Freedom Park 2026 Schedule!

Please note that all evenings except June 17th, food will be ready around 6:00 PM with music entertainment starting at 6:30 PM. On June 17th, food will be served starting at 5:30 PM with the Little Miss & Little Mr pageant beginning at 6:00, with Emma Ann playing music starting at 6:30 PM. It will be a great summer at Freedom Park!

The 2026 Galaxie Award was presented to Diane Wallin last night! Diane, thank you for all of the contributions you’ve done and continue to do in our community! A well deserved recognition!

Special thanks to Kent Schimke, our guest speaker, the Milnor Vet’s Hall for the use of the building, the Prante family for preparing a delicious meal, and for everyone who came out last night!

📢 Be on the lookout 👀 in the next few days for this summer’s schedule for Entertainment at Freedom Park on Wednesdays! We’ve got ALL NEW Musical acts we will bring to the gazebo. The date and NEW location are set for this year’s Galaxie Award Banquet! Saturday, April 25th at 6:00 PM the Milnor Satellite Club will host its annual event, this time at the new Vet’s Hall on Main Street in Milnor! Guest Speaker will be Kent Schimke, current CEO and General Manager of Dickey Rural Network. Tickets will be available in the next couple of weeks. We will see you there!
