The Gay Women of Rehoboth hosted its annual Memorial Day wreath-laying event May 25, honoring fallen women service members, first responders and canine war heroes. The event took place at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. Predicted bad weather kept some of the usual attendees away, but about 100 people....
