Through free, personal, and confidential sessions with a trained advocate, families develop action plans to accomplish their goals and receive all the tools, resources, and opportunities necessary to accomplish their plan. CF2C also offers educational seminars and small groups in a variety of areas that are critical to the well-being of the family and provides family fun, community and volunteer events which reinforce the relationship bonds within families.

Starting APRIL 1st our monthly food distribution moves to the first Friday of every month.
There will not be a distribution in March.
