Marshall R. Smith Childhood Cancer Foundation

Marshall R. Smith Childhood Cancer Foundation Marshall Smith was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma a week before his 18th Birthday in January of 2009. Together we can help make this happen.

We are a Non-Profit Organization 501(c)(3) based on Marshall Smith's philosophy of helping children with cancer, their families, support networks, and funding of childhood specific cancer research. After a long and courageous fight Marshall passed away on February 22, 2013 at the age of 22. During that time period Marshall touched the lives of the people around him and strengthened a small communi

ty. He organized events and mentored other children struggling with the same disease. For those of you that knew him, you knew that no matter what he was faced with he always had a smile on his face and two thumbs up. Marshall wanted to leave this world a better place than when he came in it. He wanted a lasting legacy to help other local children get what they need so they can focus on their own fight and recovery.

We’ve made the difficult decision to cancel February’s benefit. While we know this is disappointing, we hope everyone understands we are taking steps to keep everyone safe.
