Align yourself with people who are positive and supportive in your new way of life. Remove the people who put you down, drain you and are not adding value to your life. As Tony Robbins said, “Who you spend time with is who you become.” I have become Joy. I surround myself with those who lift me up and I do the same. I walked away from everything that caused me pain.
