American Legion Joyce Kilmer Post 25 Milltown NJ Our success depends entirely on active membership, participation and volunteerism. The organization belongs to the people it serves and our community.

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.

🌟 Become a Sponsor & Help Us Honor Our Local Heroes! 🌟

We are so proud to continue the Hometown Heroes Banner Program, a special tribute recognizing the brave veterans and active‑duty service members who call Milltown home. These beautiful, durable banners will be displayed throughout our streets as a public “thank you” for their service and sacrifice.

We’re now seeking local businesses, families, and community organizations to sponsor banners for this year’s display. Your sponsorship helps cover the cost of printing, installation, and maintenance—while giving you a meaningful way to support those who’ve served.
