Brothers and Sisters,

It is with heavy hearts that I announce the passing of Ronald Milligan on August 5, 2026. Ronald has been a member of Local 25 since 1971 and during his time in the union worked as a tugboat captain on dredge boats and forged many lasting friendships with his fellow union brothers and sisters. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. Fair winds and following seas, Brother. May you rest in peace.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our fellow union brother Tommy Marx on July 29, 2026. We will miss him as part of our union family. His kindness and friendship to all during his time in the union will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice protects the freedoms we value every day. From all of us at Local 25, thank you to the fallen heroes and their families. We will never forget.
