*** Help for multi-language learners and their parents ****

The American Civil Liberties Union Delaware will hold a public seminar Monday, June 29 from 5:30 pm assisting MLL students and parents -- multi-language learners -- navigate the state's educational system. The seminar is here at the Millsboro Public Library.
"Learning deficits are twice as high for MLL students as they are for the general student population," says ACLU Delaware.
