Delmarva ‘DMV’ Destroyers Baseball

10/12/2026

Our 15/16U squad showed up ready to COMPETE! Committed to a one-day condensed tournament, these boys battled through 5 games in ONE DAY and nearly 12 HOURS at the field to kick off their season!

After starting 0–2 and landing as the 5th seed, these boys battled their way back, demolished the 1st seed in the semifinals, and punched their ticket to the championship game! They finished as runners-up, but not before Evan Turner delivered an incredible pitching performance with 11 strikeouts over 5⅓ innings!

THIS is the kind of grit, resilience, and determination we love to see. They could have folded after that 0–2 start. Instead, they fought their way right back into championship contention.

The work continues and this is only the beginning!

🔥 14U BLACK HARD LAUNCHED THEIR 26–27 SEASON! And what a way to make an entrance! 🔥

Our DMV Destroyers BLACK 14U boys kicked off their season with a CHAMPIONSHIP APPEARANCE and a game that none of them will soon forget!

In a back-and-forth battle that took NINE INNINGS, these boys showed grit, resilience, and the kind of fight that makes baseball so special. Down, up, and battling until the very end, the Destroyers refused to go quietly. They out-hit their opponent 16–14, put up 13 runs, and continued to answer every challenge thrown their way in an unforgettable 15–13 finish.

Championships are about more than the final score, and this group has already given us plenty to be excited about this season!

The season is just getting started, and 14U BLACK has made it clear they’re here to compete!

The countdown to a new season is on!

As we put the finishing touches on our Annual Signing Party, our Board of Directors gathered for an evening of planning, merchandise inventory, and event preparation to make sure everything is ready to welcome our players and families.

Each season, our Annual Signing Party officially kicks off the year. It’s our opportunity to welcome new and returning players and their families, celebrate each athlete’s commitment to the DMV Destroyers, and start the season together as one organization.

Did you know? Every member of our Board of Directors and every one of our coaches is a volunteer! Their passion and commitment are the foundation of our organization, and we couldn’t do it without them.

👉 Swipe to take a peek at some of our new DMV Destroyers merchandise!

Here’s to another season of growth, competition, and making memories!
