When I was early in my grief journey after J's su***de, I couldn't have read this or thought this - or done this. But as time has passed and my brain has processed reality, I have adopted this perspective. My sorrow is too important - I will carry it with me. BUT the joy in my life is also far too important (again, my joy is family) and I'm not going to miss it. Joy and sorrow coexist in my story, in the life I am living. -jb-
