✨ “You do not have to earn your right to exist. You do not have to prove your worth and you do not have to have a perfect life in order to experience the wholeness of life because the foundation of what you are is the gift of life.”

You don’t have to prove that you’re worthy of being here. You don’t need a perfect life, a list of accomplishments, or everyone else’s approval to know that you matter.

It’s easy to get caught up in trying to become someone, always feeling like we need to do more or be better. But what if we paused and remembered that our worth was never something we had to earn?

You are already part of this beautiful life. Let yourself believe that.

Come and be a part of something big. This Saturday from 12:30-5 PM, we will be an onsite host of the Origin Event.

✨ “When you’re really in the moment of kindness, it’s not about that anyone’s even going to notice that you did that. It’s for me. It opens my heart.”

Kindness doesn’t have to be a big gesture.

It can be noticing someone. Saying thank you and actually meaning it. Taking an extra moment to let another person know they’re seen.

Sometimes the smallest act changes the way we move through the rest of our day. ❤️

✨ “When we can know someone’s story, even just a little bit, that’s where the compassion comes in and the judgment goes away in that moment.”

We never really know what someone else is carrying.

A little more patience. A little less judgment. Sometimes that’s all someone needs from us in that moment.

We don’t have to know their whole story to choose compassion. We can simply remember that there’s always more going on beneath the surface.

✨ “If your friend fell, you would tell them it’s okay. But if you fall, and if I fall, we have such harsh words to say for ourselves.”

Think about the last time a friend messed up. You probably said something kind, right? Now think about how you talked to yourself the last time you fell. Yeah. Rev. Meagan named it plainly: we hand out grace to everyone but ourselves. Try giving yourself the same softness you’d give someone you love. It’s not weakness, it’s practice. Say the kind thing today. Out loud, if you have to.

✨ “Love doesn’t ask us to pretend we were never wounded. Love enters the wounded place and refuses to leave us there.”

You got hurt, and that’s real. What Rev. Meagan reminded us is that love doesn’t tiptoe around the tender spots. It walks right in and sits down with you.. And it doesn’t leave. If you’ve been carrying something heavy, you don’t have to hide it well or haul it alone.
Where could you let love in this week?

✨ “I may have this reaction, but I am so much more than this reaction.. I have a flinch, but by God, it does not have me.”

Even Charles Darwin couldn’t will himself not to jump at a snake behind glass.

We’re wired to flinch, to react, to feel that surge. But the flinch isn’t the whole story. It’s what we choose after that surge that defines us.
