WE DID IT!
We are incredibly proud to announce that Camp Karoondinha is officially FULLY ACCREDITED for the 2026 camping season!
On Monday, June 29, our Cub Scout Resident Camp successfully completed its assessment by the National Camp Accreditation Program. Then, on Thursday, July 9, the accreditation team returned - joined by some additional evaluators - to conduct the assessment for our Scouts BSA Resident Camp.
We’re thrilled to share that Camp Karoondinha passed both assessments, earning full accreditation for the entire 2026 season!
This recognition doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of countless hours of planning, preparation, training, problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional Scouting experience. Every campsite, program area, meal, activity, and behind-the-scenes detail reflects the passion and dedication of an incredible staff.
To every member of our camp team - THANK YOU! Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care for every Scout who comes through our gates are what make Camp Karoondinha such a special place. You don’t just meet the standard; you set it.
To our volunteers, commissioners, leaders, and everyone who supports camp throughout the year, thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, exciting, and high-quality program.
