Dear Friend,
My name is EkOngKar Singh, and I am writing on behalf of Guru Nanak's Community Kitchen to ask for your year-end donations, in honor of “Giving Tuesday”, for this impactful food relief program.
We will be grateful if you will consider a donation of any size during this holiday season to help us to provide enough life-sustaining food for 75,000 meals for seniors, homeless youth and vulnerable families in the year ahead.
• Since our start in July 2020, Guru Nanak's Community Kitchen has provided enough food for more than 50,000 meals over the past 2 ½ years for seniors, children and families.
• With your help, we hope to increase our reach to 75,000 groceries and vegetarian meals cooked and packaged in our new commercial kitchen in 2023 for those in need in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In order to accomplish this, we have set a goal of raising $100,000 for our programs by the end of year.
