Our beloved fallen Butternut tree, still watching over groups with care from its new vantage point. We are so honored to be a home for Relational Uprising and be a part of this powerful work.

This year's Bridging training will go down in history as a powerful turning point in our story, thanks to our incredible cohort who are taking relational culture building to the next level. Unforgettable!! Deepest gratitude to the powerful relational leaders from Freedom Beyond, Tightshift, IfNotNow, Mothers Out Front, Ethics & The Common Good, SURJ Boston, IGNITE NC/ Youth Organizing Institute, The Embodied Leadership Project, Living Revolution, Healing Justice Podcast, POWER, SURJ SEPA, Center for Youth and Community Leadership in Education, UCC Northeast Environmental Justice Center, The Collaborative for Educational Services, Anti-Racism Collaborative, New York Civil Liberties Union, and Collaborations Group. As always, special thanks to The Watershed Center for hosting us with so much love, and Walter Hergt for all your support (and this amazing pic!). And, thanks to this fallen butternut tree that inspired us with its beauty as it entered its final days of life. We are forever changed!

Our End of Year Report

This year, over 1000 movement leaders stepped across our threshold and gave us the honor of nourishing their bodies, minds and souls.

Watershed’s commitment to centering care in our movement work has made us a home that groups return to year after year. From our fresh baked bread and homemade soups, to the glow of our campfire, Watershed provides a warmth that both feeds and ignites.

Beyond the day to day work of hosting retreats, we are stepping more fully into our role as a center. We are doing this by cultivating deep roots in this land and our region, holding a long view for our work towards collective liberation, and building a solid organization grounded in our values to carry out this vision and support our network of relationships.
