🚒 HELP NEEDED THIS SATURDAY – INTERNATIONAL BURN CAMP ✈️

We are looking for volunteers to help welcome and assist International Burn Camp participants arriving at BWI Airport this Saturday!

We will be meeting at BWI Fire & Rescue before assisting with the campers’ arrival.

We could use some extra hands to help welcome the campers, assist with luggage, coordinate arrivals, and make sure everyone gets where they need to go.

International Burn Camp is an incredible experience for these kids, and we want to give them an awesome welcome as soon as they arrive in Maryland.

📍 Meeting Location: BWI Fire & Rescue
📅 Saturday at 9:30am-5pm

If you are available to help—even if it is only for part of the time—please reach out to me.

Please share and help us get a good group together! 🚒🔥

A heartfelt thank you to all of the members of IAFF Local 1563 who took the time to help with today's sendoff at Johns Hopkins.

Your support, encouragement, and commitment helped give these incredible campers the best possible start to an unforgettable week. Taking a few hours out of your day to cheer them on may seem like a small gesture, but it leaves a lasting impact on these children and their families.
Burn Camp is about so much more than a week away—it's about building confidence, creating lifelong friendships, and reminding these young burn survivors that they are never alone.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support this amazing mission and represent the fire service with compassion and pride. We hope all of the campers have a safe, fun-filled week making memories that will last a lifetime!

Their commitment to giving back to the community helps us continue our mission of supporting burn survivors and helping send children to burn camp — creating experiences, healing, and memories that last a lifetime.

Every dollar donated to our foundation goes directly toward helping a child attend burn camp or assisting a burn survivor in need. Support from community partners like MISSION BBQ truly makes a difference.

Thank you for standing with us and helping us continue to serve those who need it most. 🔥❤️
