Eta Eta Lambda Foundation, Inc. The Eta Eta Lambda Foundation, Inc. is the charitable organization established by Alphas of Annapolis medical, housing,
transportation, etc.)

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Foundation is to sponsor and/or support community
service initiatives in Anne Arundel County Maryland and surrounding
areas. The Foundation is organized exclusively for educational and
charitable purposes, including for such purposes, the making of
distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under
Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code,

or the corresponding
section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of this Foundation shall
be to receive, hold, and administer money and property, acquired by gift,
devise, bequest, or otherwise, absolutely in trust and to use the principal and
income there from to promote educational and charitable purposes. OBJECTIVES

Included among the educational and charitable purposes for which the
Foundation is organized are the following:

1. Development of programs for youth regardless of the race, gender,
creed, color, religion or ethnic or national origin that will motivate
said youth to higher aspirations and leadership, render to said youth
career guidance and tutorial assistance, assist said youth in
employment and job training, and to provide to said youth leadership
development and citizenship education.

2. Provide donations of perishable and non-perishable food to needy
individuals or families.

3. Provide scholarships to deserving youth and adults regardless of
their race, creed, gender, color, religion, or ethnic or national origin
to further their educational advancement.

4. Provide financial or other assistance to needy individuals or
families with associated living expenses (i.e.
