Northern Dauphin Christian School (NDCS)

Northern Dauphin Christian School (NDCS) We are pre-k through 12th grade school that develops disciples to impact the world for Christ. May we continue to give all glory to God for his work.

Northern Dauphin Christian School(NDCS) was established in 1995 by a concerned group of parents to provide a Christ centered, alternative education option in a traditional classroom setting in the northern Dauphin county area. It was their desire to discern God’s will in creating a Biblically integrated academic setting, creating disciples to further His kingdom. With the passion of these few pare

nts an independent organization was formed called the Northern Dauphin County Christian School Association (NDCCSA). They then began making preparations for the 1995-1996 school year. By faith, the Board hired Sonya Hogsett and enrolled four kindergarten students who started class on August 28, 1995. Over the next 27 years, the Lord blessed the mustard-seed and lead those in the administration to continue to climb the mountains to reach their goals. In 2008 an early education center with three and four-year-old classes became part of the overall ministry at NDCS. As staff and student numbers continued to grow, NDCS was able to expand into a K-12th grade school. At NDCS we are motivated by the call of God in our lives to seek, promote and continue to build His Kingdom through Christian education. We are determined to honor our history, while preparing our students for their future(Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. -Proverbs 22:6).

This past week has been a whirlwind, but also a wonderful way to wrap up the 2025–2026 school year. Yesterday, our elementary students gave it their all during a beautiful Field Day, while the upper campus enjoyed a fun-filled trip to Knoebels Amusement Resort. Today, elementary students put their teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test during Brain Drain through puzzles and physical challenges, and tonight we’ll celebrate graduation with our senior class and tomorrow award ceremonies and graduation with our kinders. What a truly blessed and memorable week!

Thank you staff and parents for helping with these fun activities!
