I’m sure many of you have noticed the four new trees along Highway 45 in front of the Community Center. These trees were planted in memory of our Board President and friend, Laine Warkenthien, who left us far too soon and so unexpectedly last month. We felt trees were the perfect way to remember Laine. They’re living, growing, and rooted right here in the community he cared so much about. As the years go by, these trees will grow and become a part of Miller, serving as a simple reminder of Laine and the lasting mark he left on our community.

We’re so glad we had the opportunity to work with Edit Medical, PLLC on their new sign and be a small part of their journey coming to Hand County! Edit Medical is a new medical clinic providing care for Miller and the surrounding communities. We’re excited to have another great healthcare resource right here in town!

A big thank you to the Flores Bros Construction for giving our East Welcome Sign a much needed facelift! They took the bricks apart and rebuilt the walls, added new dirt, and finished it off with fresh rock. The walls had started to cave in around the sign, and they did a wonderful job bringing it back to life!
