📸 A little request for help from our community…

Is there a photographer—or someone with photography experience—who might be willing to donate their time and talent to help us document a few important upcoming events?

PATH is a new nonprofit, and while we don’t have much money to put toward professional photography right now, these moments are meaningful to us and deserve to be captured. At our last few events, I found myself trying to take pictures while also making sure everything was running smoothly—and it’s simply too much to do both well!

Our upcoming events are:

💜 August 31 — Light the Way for Hope Glow Walk
💜 September 12 — Walk the PATH for Recovery 5K & Community Celebration
💜 September 18 — Georgia Recovers in Communities Bus Tour Celebration Stop

If you—or someone you know—would be interested in donating your unique skills, covering even one of these events, or offering us a very affordable nonprofit rate, please let me know. I’m just putting the need out there and trusting that the right person may see it!

💜 Community Champion Spotlight: Laura Pilafas, LCSW

There are people who support your work, and then there are people who believe in the vision early and help make it possible. Laura Pilafas has been one of those people for PATH.

Laura played a pivotal role in helping us get started. She believed in what we were trying to build from the beginning, offered her support and encouragement when we were finding our footing, and has continued to stand behind our mission every step of the way.

We’re especially grateful to have Laura continuing to stand with us as a sponsor of our 2nd Annual Walk the PATH 5K for Recovery.
