And that’s exactly what Adrian Moll came to change.

With over 14 years of experience—from postpartum to NICU to now serving as a Director of Nursing with Flournoy Health Systems—Adrian didn’t just speak… she told the truth.

During our Nurses in School™ session with the Flournoy Cares Foundation, she challenged future nurses with something most never hear:

Saying “yes” to everything is not dedication—it’s overextension
