⭐️ Top of their programs and top of our hearts. 🎶 💙🩵

Sophia and Kaerena were selected by their instructors as the Outstanding Student of their respective programs at Penta. Each program has one graduating senior that receives that honor. Also, they were both members of Wind Ensemble!

Sophia and Kaerena are two of several students that have balanced Penta and music programs at Lake through their high school careers. Thank you for being amazing examples, ladies!

📣 Isaac Romero has qualified and is competing in the State Track & Field meet in shot put in the coming days. Isaac is also a member of wind ensemble. 💪

From Mr. Maran: “Isaac is truly and honestly a great kid. Such a kind soul. He is our first chair euphonium player, multi-sport athlete, and a natural talent on his instrument. Above all, he is a great human.”

We are thrilled to watch his journey at the highest high school level. Flyer Proud! ✈️ 🎶 Good luck, Isaac!

👀 Kaerena is also a freshly graduated wind ensemble member! What a great accomplishment!

Side note for future Penta students…A large portion of this senior class put in a lot of effort to excel in their Penta programs while also participating in music programs at Lake. Thank you to Mrs Recker and Mr Maran for working with these students to help them balance both!

Today is the day! Thank you to the Lake Flyers Class of 2026 for everything you have poured into the music programs. The countless hours in the classroom, at practice, on the field, in the stands, on the stage, and everywhere else you've made music did not go unnoticed. You made us all so proud.
