Lake Flyers Music Boosters

10/15/2026

🎶 Our 6th-grade choir students had a blast playing Humans vs. Zombies on Gimkit! 🧟🎵

The game helped them review music signs, symbols, and note names while building confidence along the way. Learning music theory is even more exciting when a little friendly competition is involved! 🎶💙🤍

🎤🎶 Lake Talent on Display! 💙🤍

A special shout out to Varsity Barbershop members Antonio Sauceda-Alvarez and Layla McRobbie, who sang the National Anthem for our Varsity Girls Soccer Senior Night! ⚽🎤

Thank you both for sharing your voices and helping make the evening extra special for our seniors!

🎺🥁 Sounds of the Stadium! 💙🤍

Today was all about celebrating the music that brings Friday nights at Lake to life! 🏈🎶

Our Lake Marching Band, Color Guard, and Majorette took the stage for the Sounds of the Stadium concert, performing the music from all of their halftime shows! 🎺🥁🎶

From the stands to the field, these students bring so much energy, talent, and Flyer pride to every performance. It was great getting to hear all their halftime music together in one place! 💙🤍

Way to go, Flyers! Keep making some noise! ✈️🎶💙

Students from across the region submitted audition recordings, with more than 400 students applying for this incredible opportunity. And SIX of those talented singers will be representing Lake! 🎶💙

Congratulations to:

⭐ Emma Brazeau
⭐ Mitchell McNalley
⭐ Layla McRobbie
⭐ Luna Reid
⭐ April Roland
⭐ Christina Sepulveda

These students will travel to BGSU on November 23 to spend the day rehearsing and performing with other selected high school singers while working with BGSU choral faculty.

And an EXTRA congratulations to Emma Brazeau, who was also selected for the Vocal Scholar Program! Emma will have the special opportunity to work directly with BGSU faculty during the festival. 🎶

Being selected from a pool of more than 400 applicants is an AMAZING accomplishment, and we could not be more proud of these six Lake singers!

Lake Choir is making some beautiful noise! 💙🤍🎶

Congratulations, Emma, Mitchell, Layla, Luna, April, and Christina! We can't wait to see you represent the Lake Flyers at BGSU! ✈️💙
