We are incredibly proud of our grantee רחלי טדסה מלכאי and her organization, Ma'atzimot: Empowering Ethiopian Women, for publishing "Women and Roots" (נשים ושורשים).

This powerful project features the authentic, personal stories of 48 inspiring women from the Ethiopian-Israeli community, chronicling their journeys through challenges to ultimate growth and fulfillment.

Congratulations to Racheli and Ma'atzimot on bringing these courageous voices to light! ✨
