MILLBORO rescue squad was asked to provide standby Emergency medical services for a corporate fundraiser sponsored by the Home Depot foundation.
We watched over approximately 200 people for the morning period without any incidents.

A few of our members spent Saturday and Sunday on standby at Green Valley for the Tri-State Cross Country Series race.

Thankfully, it was a quiet and uneventful weekend with no medical emergencies. The only thing we stayed busy with was handing out Band-Aids—apparently they were the most popular piece of equipment on the ambulance today!

We’re grateful for a safe event and appreciate everyone who helped make it a great day.

Millboro Area Rescue Squad is hosting an EMT course beginning July 27, free with a volunteer commitment.
