🌈🎨 INTRODUCING THE 2026 SPECIAL PRESENTATION GROVE: ART FOR A BETTER WORLD! 🌲💛

This year, the Special Presentation Grove celebrates the incredible talents and perspectives of neurologically diverse artists, while embracing the power of art to break down barriers, build bridges, and create meaningful connections within our community.

We’re thrilled to feature artwork from Helpers Community (San Francisco) and Cedars, alongside returning artists from Art Without Boundaries Group, representing Oak Hill School, the Helix School, and PAASS.

✨ Art will be on display AND available for purchase! Come explore the Grove, discover new perspectives, support these talented artists, and take home something meaningful.

At the heart of this presentation is a simple idea: art has the power to bring us together. We’re proud to create a Festival where everyone feels welcome, represented, and connected. 💛

Live Music Beneath the Redwoods!

One of the Bay Area’s favorite outdoor music settings returns to Old Mill Park with two full days of live performances included with festival admission.

From Grammy Award-winning bluegrass and Irish soul to jazz, folk, and Grateful Dead-inspired rock, the 69th Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival offers something for every music lover.

As a special festival highlight, Mark Karan and Barry Sless-both longtime members of the extended Grateful Dead musical family—will celebrate the life and legacy of Mill Valley resident and Grateful Dead cofounder Bob Weir during their performances.

Beyond the music, festivalgoers can explore 135 juried artists, enjoy wine tasting from six California wineries, discover delicious local food, visit the Children’s Grove for hands-on family activities, participate in a community mural, and shop unique artisan merchandise-all beneath the majestic redwoods of Old Mill Park.

Based in Petaluma, California, Alissa Kaplan transforms everyday objects into functional works of art through handcratted brooms, basketry, and fiber art. Rooted in the Shaker and Appalachian broom-making tradition, each piece blends timeless craftsmanship with a modern artistic flair—proving that even something as simple as a broom can be both beautiful and practical.

Amy Faust creates one-of-a-kind jewelry by transforming found objects, vintage porcelain, sea glass, and stones into contemporary wearable art. Inspired by nature, ancient jewelry traditions, and the stories held within reclaimed materials, she handcrafts each piece in silver or gold vermeil with exceptional attention to detail. As Amy shares, “By reshaping and repurposing these items I aim to transform them into contemporary fine art jewelry, new artifacts with beauty as well as historical and artistic significance.” Her work celebrates sustainability,
craftsmanship, and the beauty of giving treasured materials a meaningful new life.

For Sarah DeParis | Fine Art, every painting begins with a moment outdoors. Whether hiking beneath towering redwoods or exploring California’s coastlines and mountain trails, she tinds inspiration in the fleeting light and quiet beauty of the natural world. Working in expressive oils, Sarah transforms her own photographs into vibrant landscapes that capture the feeling of a place rather than a literal scene. Her unique perspective, shaped by a career as an eye surgeon, brings an extraordinary sensitivity to light, color, and observation in every painting.
