Humanity Helping All

Humanity Helping All Our mission is to help plan, progress, protect and provide for the community and environment through disasters. Our disaster relief journey began unexpectedly.

We aim to create a resilient and sustainable future where people thrive alongside nature and one another through collaboration and innovation. Growing up as an underprivileged neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypicals, I faced more than my share of challenges. Coming from a broken family dynamic, I learned early on what it meant to navigate life’s storms without a support system. These liv

ed experiences instilled in me a deep understanding of struggle, integrity, resilience, and the importance of community. In 2009, seeking a fresh start, my wife and I moved to Charleston, SC. We wanted to raise our daughter with values that weren’t just spoken but lived: integrity, respect, empathy, resilience, inclusion, and sustainability. We began volunteering as a family, engaging in community projects that allowed our daughter to see the power of service firsthand. In 2014, we moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, immersing ourselves in nature and continuing our work in service and education. From building gardens to supporting underserved communities, every act of volunteerism deepened our connection to this region and its people. In 2016, after speaking to NC Forestry Department as the Party Rock Fire in Lake Lure, was becoming more unruly, I mobilized community-driven donation centers, ultimately creating over 40 hubs that became vital in supporting relief efforts. This grassroots coordination expanded to other disaster zones, including Pinnacle Mountain and the Gatlinburg Tn, Chimney Tops wildfires, and led me to become a firefighter and EMT. Hurricane Helene in 2024 was a pivotal moment. After enduring a harrowing 24-hour shift in life-threatening conditions, I returned home to find myself once again coordinating supplies and aid—this time leveraging connections made through prior disasters. However, I saw disturbing patterns, one being, once safe, volunteers or victim’s Mental health was not a priority. Another gap was funds were being funneled through nonprofits, yet many left before true recovery had been achieved. Through these experiences, it became clear, disaster relief needs a different approach. One where transparency, collaboration, and a “boots-on-the-ground” mentality are non-negotiable. This realization sparked the creation of Humanity Helping All, Inc., a nonprofit designed to fill the gaps, build scalable relief programs, and ensure communities aren’t left behind once the cameras stop rolling. Here, we don’t just sympathize, we understand. We rise up for one another, because we’ve been there.

Nineteen months after Helene devastated Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, and beyond, the efforts to rebuild is ongoing. Some nonprofits are still struggling with raising funds to succeed in their compassionate driven agenda of helping the people impacted. These nonprofits need your help.

We developed a campaign to help those nonprofits as well as the environment and Wildlife We have trees on hand for you all to sponsor to raise these funds.

Our goal is simple, you donate to sponsor a tree, these bare root trees and funding will go to these Nonprofits. The bare root trees will be planted on public or private lands with the help of these nonprofits and funding will also go to them to continue their initiatives.

Please take a look at this campaign, donate, and share wildly.

The amount of nonprofits being helped will be limited to a few to maximize donations they receive and were selected because of their efforts, the lack of support, and geographical location to help with the planting of some of the 822,000 acres of trees and loss of wildlife habitat from the effects of Hurricane Helene.

We do have 2 other nonprofits contingent in joining this campaign. We may have room for a couple more.

🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟At Humanity Helping All Inc., we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create stronger and more resilient communities. How you ca...

We’ve been helping a family in Asheville that was displaced from Helene and they, just weeks ago, have finally been able to move in to their home.
Some of the donations we were able to provide them came from Priceless Missions.
Even though the donations were meticulously organized and delivered some things were damaged in transit or were already damaged before they were extracted. This added some additional stress and costs for us, but what matters is we’ve been able to help this family get items they needed. More work in the next couple weeks. They also need a professional electrician and plumber. Please send a message to us if you could help.

What a huge success and a lot of fun.

The Grinch and Santa was there and so many of his helpers!

The Grinch was able to keep up with his antics while navigating through the approximately 100 cars to share his (3x’s the size) heart to each child he saw! Many shared their love with high fives and fist bumps as well as screaming “I love you, Grinch!” He had special grinch themed gifts he gave out to those children he bonded with.

Thanks to friendships made from past disasters starting from the 2016 Southeast wildfires in Lake Lure, NC, Pickens County, SC and Gatlinburg Tn to Cartoon classes at the library to Hurricane Helene we were able to pull off a huge success again this year for a toy giveaway! We had an estimated 100 cars or more drive through and was able to help an approximately 450 kids for Christmas with only slight delays on getting some hot cocoa

And the most incredible support from all the volunteers as well as our donor that was able to provide them with sneakers and some families!
A huge thank you to Douglas Underwood and his wife Mary for bringing toys from Charlotte and Jason Dominy for bringing food and Toys from Ga and Drawn To Help for bring toys too as well as all the supporters of them and High Country Arms for teaming up and opening up your doors once again this year!
