Happy Fall everyone!!
As we prepare for the Knit N Run this Saturday, we are finding that we have a surplus in certain areas. We have lots and lots of baby sweaters, baby blankets, car seat/stroller blankets, child and teen hats and scarves. We would love to have them all find good homes.
We’re asking that if you know someone who could use any of these items to please get in touch with us or have that person/organization reach out to us.
Thank you all and hope to see you Saturday!!

We had a great meeting on Wednesday! It’s always a good sign when you have to find more chairs for people!
Don’t forget, the Knit n Run will be held Saturday, October 3 at the church! Thank you to those of you that signed up to bring food. And thank you, especially for all the wonderful items that were made over the last year. We’re excited to empty our bins and put these items to good use!

Our next meeting will be October 7. Tammy should have the prize money from the fair.

Join us on October 3 to help bag the items and wish the bikers safe travels!!

Hello Prayer Shawl ladies,

Our Prayer Shawl meeting is fast approaching. In Sept. it's on the 2nd, and we sure hope you can make it.

We should have the ribbons we won at the Clinton County fair along with the money to give out. Of course we want to take pictures so bring your smiles.

Also, this is the last meeting until after the Knit N Run.

The Wayne Township Landfill Golf outing will be on the agenda. They have selected to give the Prayer Shawl Ministry $4,000 from the proceeds, so in turn we have been asked to help with the tournament. If you are interested and willing to help, please let us know.
This will be discussed in detail at our meeting.

As always, Pat will be in the kitchen cooking up a storm, so come hungry.
We look forward to seeing everyone, and we thank you for your dedication to this ministry.

God's Blessings,
Pastor Susan

Hello all you hard working needle workers,
Our next Prayer Shawl meeting will be Wednesday, August 5th at noon and we hope you can make it. The Prayer Shawl items will be on display at the Clinton County Fair by August 1st, which is the date they will be judged. A big thank you to everyone who entered items. It will be fun to see if we win anything.

There was a large donation of green yarn sent in this past month, you are welcome to take as much as you want and create something for our Prayer Shawl.

Please come hungry, Pat will be in the kitchen making something extra special.

See you August 5th.
God Bless,

Pastor Susan

At our last meeting we had visitors come in and pick up 18 lapghans for the One Family at a Time community project! What a great service to provide to our aging seniors!
