Central Theatre Arts Academy

Performing arts center for public school students on Oahu. We are a performing arts learning center located at Mililani High School.

CTAA provides a comprehensive education in theatre production including designing and constructing sets, costumes and props; running and designing sound. We also teach performance while mounting both musicals and straight plays. With the assistance of theatre professionals, 2 major productions and 1-2 student directed and produced shows are staged each year. CTAA is a state funded learning center program enabling us to reach out and include public school students from all over O’ahu.

We are thrilled to welcome back Mrs. Julia LoPresti (aka J Lo) as our Director for Macbeth! 👑

If you didn’t know, Mrs. LoPresti is no stranger to the stage, teacher, or CTAA. She served as CTAA’s Director and taught at MHS from 2014-2016, then returned to direct our last play, Alyse in Wonderland, in 2025! Don’t miss this awesome opportunity to work with her and a classic show.
