This is a collage of a lot of the major key leadership recognitions that exist that Venturing participants and adults can earn respectively!

These are all awards that are rooted in leadership that you can mostly start on your own intiative as a Venturer. Some of these are leadership awards for tenure for adult leader service. Overall these are all leadership recognitions that youth can encourage their unit members to earn or look into.

Most of these recognitions can be found on this link here: scouting.org/awards/awards-central

Here is a list of every recognition featured in case you are curious: Den Chief Service Award, Founders Bar, Quest, Ranger, Service Stars, Summit, Trust, Unit Leader Award of Merit, and the William D. Boyce New-Unit Organizer. There are also more awards and opportunities for leadership that exist in general across Scouting and this is not an exhaustive listing!

The Pentagon has made a deal with Scouting America that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says would maintain their century-old partnership but refocus the organization away from “woke” policies.
