Mililani Garden Club The Mililani Garden Club meets September through May, at 9:30 a.m., on the third Thursday of the month at Recreation Center #2 (unless otherwise noted).

A community garden club created to foster a more beautiful and liveable community by promoting and participating in projects where possible, by providing education in horticulture, conservation, garden design, and the art of flower arrangement.

Aloha Garden Club Friends 🌺🌿

Join us this Thursday, May 21st at 9:30 AM at Rec. 2 in Mililani for a fun and creative Garden Club meeting!

We’re excited to welcome Kathy Wong, who will be demonstrating how to make a beautiful kokedama — a Japanese moss ball planter that makes a lovely display for your home or garden.

Kathy will provide all the supplies, and all you need to bring is a small plant to place inside your kokedama. Some great choices include ferns, ivy, pothos, spider plants, or small anthuriums, but feel free to bring any small plant you’d like to try!

Please note: Kathy only has enough moss for 8–10 kokedama, so participation will be first come, first served. Everyone is welcome to come watch, learn, and enjoy the demonstration together.

We hope to see you there for a morning of gardening fun and creativity!

📍 Meet-up Location: Parking lot in Mililani where Ruby Tuesday used to be
⏰ Time: 8:30 AM
🥾 What to bring: Hiking shoes, water, and readiness for an adventure!
