Houston Cardinals 4-H Club Kent County Delaware The goal of 4-H is to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility and life skills of youth through experiential programs and positive youth approach.

The Houston 4-H club began in 1914 with the commitment of several individuals including George Dewey Sapp of Milford. Sapp is known as the organization's first laureate and is generally recognized as the first person to enroll in a Delaware 4-H club. Houston Cardinals are known as "The first club in the first state".

Drop your entries today at the ice rink between 3-6pm (this is for crafta, photos, canning, place setting contest, etc)

Thursday 8:30am - 11am is when you drop off your food items, veggies, garding items.
