The Annual Meeting for Berwyck on the Park Condominium Association will be held on November 16, 2021, at 7 p.m. The Annual Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom video conferencing and instructions for attending the meeting follow:

No dumping trash in the barn dumpster!

We received a call from the Barn stating a co-owner dumped their trash into the barn’s dumpster. We wanted to remind everyone that it is against the law to do so. They said they don’t mind a small p**p bag now and then but this large box actually was jammed into the dumpster and Waste Management wouldn't unload their dumpster so now they have to wait another two weeks before it gets unloaded.

Also, they said someone is dumping their lawn clippings into the bridle path along Milford Road – This is against the Association Rules and the homeowner doing it will be fined.
