We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Grant Girls of Milford for your incredible support. Three weeks ago, we had the honor of presenting Mi Abilities to your group, and we are thrilled to have been chosen as this month’s grant recipient. Well I am not sure why I am surprised, it happen each year, but it has happened again! Another group sent their tickets back today and of the 800 they took we got 310 back unsold. If you would like to still help us get rid of these it would be great. Help Support our Team Huron Valley Special Olympics and other youth groups.

Tickets are $20 each, buy 5 and I will give you a free one.

They are good for a whole year beginning Jan 1, 2024. 939 chances to win. Over $67,000 in prizes.

We found out yesterday that our popcorn supplier has went out of business. Which leaves us in a desperate situation. In order for us to continue supplying our customers and stores in a timely manner we need to purchase a popcorn popper and supplies within the next week. Which means we are in need of $2500. We prefer not to do a gofundme as it can take months for them to pay us.

Let me tell you a GREAT story. 2 Months or so ago we decided to start a new division called Mi-Expressions, a wood working division. I started to look for stuff to build on-line and came across a you tube channel for Matthew Peech . He has a great channel.
Well in his you tube channel he mentions all the plans for his wood working can be purchased from his Etsy store. So I migrate over to his store and WOW!, he has about 35 different blueprints for what he calls "smalls".
So I want them, and being a small non-profit I can not afford them all. I send Matt a message and ask him if I could get a little discount if I purchase them all.
The very next day I get a message form Matt, just thrilled to help my organization and he sent me all of his blueprints free of charge!

Matt you rock, and 2 weeks into developing Mi-Expressions we have started "Our" smalls work with the help of what we received.

Mission Statement

Mi Abilities is driven to empower the cognitively impaired community residing within Huron Valley School District boundaries to blend independent participant skills into a value added environment to better the community in which it resides. We are determined to co-mingle our population within our community!

Mi Abilities vision is broken into two parts, physical needs and developmental needs. We consider physical needs to be a place or object that we intend to acquire to better enable our participants to live a fulfilled life. We consider our developmental needs to be a course of action to create momentum of further action by our participants that will impact our economy and community. Through careful planning, we will be steadfast as we tackle our strategic plan, therefore fulfilling our vision at Mi Abilities and forever changing the livelihood of our special needs participants.
