Association of the Wicked - Connecticut Chapter

Association of the Wicked - Connecticut Chapter The AoW is a swiftly growing volunteer group of 200+ spread throughout the United States and parts beyond dedicated to the betterment of their communities.

The Connecticut/North Carolina Chapter also known as the "Military Chapter" due to active duty members. We here at AoW CT/NC are dedicated to volunteering around the communities of both states whenever, however possible. Whether it's an event of our own creation or hopping in on something already established, were ready and willing. So why not join us? You don't need to be in the military to do yo

ur part for the communities. History:
The AoW was started by Jeremiah Stratton, humanitarian enthusiast and professional drummer. This is an exclusive club consisting of hard working people, veterans, military service members, and all walks of life spread across America and the world who share in the common interests of good will towards your fellow man, family unity, and the desire to do good. We are broken down into groups called chapters that are usually done by major cities (for larger states such as Texas) or by states (for smaller states such as Connecticut.) The AoW has many goals but our most important are these two. To one create and nurture a strong web of friends that spreads throughout the world. So no matter where you are, there is someone there to help you through the good times and bad. Our other main goal is the spread of positivity and love through charity work of any sort. Our chapters all have their own unique and individual ways of getting involved and lending a hand. If this sounds like something you'd like to get involved with please get in touch with us at this page and go ahead and follow this link for our open chat board. https://www.facebook.com/groups/386934424714640/

Greeting from your friends of the CT Chapter of Association of the Wicked. We would like to give you an update on what we have worked on this year for the holidays. These are few pictures of our members and the donations we collected this year for our annual Thanksgiving food drive. In addition to the annual project, this chapter has decided to adopt a family in need for the holiday and have pledged to help in any future needs they may have. For Thanksgiving we have provided them with a turkey and all of the fixings for a true thanksgiving meal. This is a very deserving family and the CT Chapter is happy and proud to be able to have helped them. As the Vice President of this Chapter of the Wicked Nation I want to say that I could not be happier right now. I want to personally thank all of the members, our friends, and our families, without your help and support this effort would have never been possible. I'd also like to single out two members who made this all possible. Rob, without you, we would not have been able to get half of this, you are a truly selfless man, I am happy to have you as a members of our chapter, and proud to call you a friend. Andy, without you running logistics this whole thing would simply not have happened. Thank you for being the Chapter's Batman. This was a great job brothers and sisters, let's see how we can top ourselves in the future!!

Friends and associates alike AoW CT is here with some wonderful news on a new event that will make allot of good people in need to get what they need.

AoW CT's own James Vance, apart of our active/prior military portion of the chapter will be participating in the climb. In order for him to do so he needs to raise at least $100 dollars. Every extra penny he earns from you wonderful people will only strengthen the pot that goes to helping out the ALA's people.

At the time of this post he is sitting at $45 dollars. Let's get him to his $100 and far beyond that.

We at AoW CT implore you to share anything, 50 cents or even 1 dollar will do a world of good because it all adds up.

Please, share this status or throw James a few cents and let's make a difference today.

Deadline is day of the race 23Feb2014.
