A new school year means new opportunities—and our Mav, C**t, and Harbor Sheds are ready to support students once again.

From clothing and toiletries to school supplies, snacks, and other everyday needs, the Sheds are here to make sure students have access to what they need to feel confident, prepared, and supported at school.

We're so grateful to everyone who helps keep our Sheds stocked and available to students throughout the school year. ❤️

And stay tuned! Our Amazon Wish Lists are being updated for the new school year. We'll share them as soon as they're ready!

Sometimes the biggest impact happens through partnership.

Recently, Uplift Milford teamed up with another local nonprofit to help a community member in need by providing a new washer and assisting with much-needed floor repairs.

When organizations come together, we're able to respond more quickly, meet urgent needs, and provide support that helps restore stability during difficult times.

This is what community looks like.

Because of You!

A local mother in our community is currently recovering from spinal surgery while navigating a difficult divorce. Unable to work and relying on short-term disability, she found herself facing uncertainty about how she would make rent.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, Uplift Milford was able to help cover her May rent, allowing her to focus on healing and caring for her family.

When neighbors come together, hope grows.

We’re honored to be this month’s Feel Good Tap recipient and grateful for the opportunity to share our mission with so many wonderful members of our community.

Sometimes, all it takes is one unexpected expense to put a family in crisis.

This past month, alongside our partners at Community Sharing, we were able to help local families facing eviction after major car repairs, furnace replacement, and unexpected medical expenses created financial hardship.

These were hardworking people doing everything they could to stay afloat — and because of this community, they didn’t have to navigate it alone.

Thank you for continuing to help us support local families when it matters most. 💙
