To remain fully transparent and to demonstrate the fantastic support we've rec'd, here is a estimate of expenses for the MILFORD LAKE event we just held. (costs have been rounded up and down to keep the math simple)
Kansas Kayak Anglers and those that donated to this event:
One amazing angler from Kansas donated 250 and then matched another 250 in donation. Then, one Nebraska angler donated 250 right out the gates. Then we had support from more Nebraska anglers, Colorado anglers, and an Ohio angler!! You guys are amazing and THANK YOU!!!! We appreciate your generosity and appreciate your support of this mission!

As we move forward, we will continue to find ways to make these events more cost effective and reduce overall expenses, WITHOUT sacrificing the experience or memories made! We will do this by evaluating locations, distance, accommodations, and supplies needed at each event. If you think you can help in these areas, please reach out!! 👊🙏

Join the Romans Warrior Foundation, Combat Recovery Foundation, and the True Patriot Outfitters as we gather to celebrate our Nation's warfighting families and our local community heroes with a fishing event.

Shotgun Start from ONE location!

OPEN to all forms of craft and fishing. Boat, Kayak, Bank, or anything else that floats. (Boats are asked to please use trolling motor only).

NO CASH payouts. Just fun awards and great memories! For veterans and first responders, GREAT prize drawings at the awards! Come Join us for fishing and fun times!
Family friendly and everyone is welcome!

TPO established campsite at Cedar Crest Cabin! This will be the location for Friday night mandatory meeting ( bbq ) and the after event gathering. (bbq and prizes). Launch details will be provided at Friday Meeting/BBQ!

Everyone in attendance and Tim and Tony Boyden, THANK YOU!!! Your support and time was amazing and very helpful!

All of the Kansas Kayak Anglers and your amazing generosity! We are looking forward to the next event and hope more of you can make it for the next one.
