We had a fun Friday on campus today @ FES!!! Celebrating the success of our Mumkin sale!

•School wide hat day for hitting our sales goal!
•Highest selling class pizza parties!
•A whole slew of kids got to enjoy their popcorn treat and came out to cheer on action at the dunk tank!
•And some exciting action at the dunk tank thanks to some good aim from our lil Panthers and the fun loving generosity of Principal Jones and Mr. Steve for taking the plunge in the name of FUN!

Next week is the Scholastic Book Fair at FES. Each year the PTO is asked to help staff and run this for the school and we are still looking for several volunteer slots to be filled for a successful sale. Please consider filling one of these if you’re able.

What a day!!! 1,538 items unloaded, sorted, counted and picked into just the right bundles to fulfill 740 orders sold by 222 of our students! It was a beautiful & looooonnng day that would not have been possible without our Fairbanks community and the wonderful volunteers who came out to make it all happen today! Thank you all!!!

All remaining Mumkin orders have been moved to up against the back of the middle school. All forms are stapled to one of the plants in your order. These are now the sellers responsibility.
Thank you!

Check out the campaign 2026 FES Mumkin Alternative on Givebutter!

Unfortunately we did not make our $10,000 sales goal by selling Foertmeyer & Sons Mumkins. We have our alternative open and available now for your friends and family who aren’t local, you were short a plant or two of hitting our Dunk Tank reward or maybe you would prefer to donate directly! Please share this link in text or emails or this post directly on your Facebook now! We need around $3000 more dollars to hit our goal. Can we make that before Monday?

We cannot do it with out you! Please, don't forget to sign up:

• VOLUNTEER: https://signup.com/go/djwHwZs
As a volunteer, you can pick up your orders at the end of your shift. There is no need to signup for the Seller Pickup. You can work your shift, and get out of there with your order while ditching the line. Talk about a PERK!

• SELLER ORDER PICKUP: https://signup.com/go/fCfdjER
If you sold, you need to signup for a pick up time. As a seller, you will need to pick up all of your orders to deliver to your customers. Customers cannot pick up their individual items themselves.
