Advanced Animal Science Field Work day 2 at RSG!
Today they learned about and observed the Embryo Transfer process. Dr. Flanagan spent his morning talking through the process and educating the students. Additionally, Dr. Castro (the reproductive specialist) and Lindsey (the embryologist) took time out to talk through what all they were doing and looking for. It was a great day of learning!

Our Advanced Animal Science class spent the day at Reproductive Specialty Group in Ballinger observing Laparoscopic AI and touring the facilities. We were missing a few due to other obligations they had. They asked some great questions and learned about the differences between small ruminant (sheep and goat) reproduction and large ruminant (cattle). Thank you Dr. Scott Flanagan for hosting us.
