Tennessee has a liberal deer season which allows Hunters for the Hungry to take full advantage of the local deer harvest. This is where Hunters for the Hungry comes in, and is able to supply ground venison to distribution centers or even at times supplying a freezer so that they may have a place to store the venison until it is distributed.
